Last weekend we were at the VIII Molina de Aragón Truffle Fair, organized by the Molina-Alto Tajo Geopark, the Leader program and the TRUFARC Association, with the collaboration of the Provincial Council of Guadalajara and the City Council of Molina de Aragon.
The main objective of this fair is to promote the knowledge of this fungus so appreciated in haute cuisine but still very unknown by the consumers and put in value the producers of the area, including TrufaZero.
At our stand, the attendees were able to taste our oil, vinegar and cheese with truffle and see and smell the truffles and know how to pick, select and clean them; We explain them the importance of the sanitary registry as a guarantee of quality and that our cannery is the only one in the area that has it.
The day was very rewarding, as you can see in the photos. We are delighted with these initiatives that help to dignify the truffle market and that we always support.
