Hamburger with truffle and foie
This recipe is collected from the “Hello magazine” collection. It is a simple recipe, ideal for the children of the house to begin to appreciate new flavors, such as truffle and foie.
Ingredients ( for 4 people)
– 1 black truffle
– 4 hamburger buns
– 4 raw foie fillets
– A dish with corn flour
– 400 g of minced beef
– 10 cl of truffle juice
– 1 can of candied onion
– A few leaves of arugula.
Elaboration
Cut 4 slices of truffle and chop the rest. Turn the oven to 180ºC and put the hamburger breads broken in half so that they heat up.
Pass the foie fillets for cornmeal and fry them in a frying pan (no need to add oil) and leave them in the mouth of the oven to keep them warm. In the same pan fry the meat (with a little oil) until you reach the point you want. Remove the pan from the heat and add the juice and the truffle chopped to the pan and break the sauce.
Remove the buns from the oven, cover the bottom with a little strips of candied onion, then pour into each muffin a little truffle sauce and put on the steaks, a few leaves of arugula, foie escalope and slices of truffle.
Cover with top of bagel and serve hot.
