Truffles have been developed, reaching optimum maturity, and every day we collect a great harvest. We are excited by the quantity and quality of the copies that we are getting.

Once extracted, we bring truffles to TrufaZero facilities that are equipped with the latest technology for cleaning and packaging. Here we select, discarding those that have worms or are damaged, and then weighed, cleaned and packaged in our modern packaging, ensuring that the organoleptic characteristics of the truffles stay longer and that TrufaZero truffles reach the consumer in perfect condition of aroma and flavor.

In TrufaZero we committed to quality and transparency in the marketing of truffles that we monitor and control from harvest until they reach the final consumer, according to the sanitary standards; all our truffles are sanitary registration.
