Hot chocolat with truffle
I propose an irresistible plan for an fall Sunday afternoon: take a good walk in the countryside to contemplate the surprising reddish tones of the leaves and, back home, prepare a good cup of chocolate to the aroma of truffle and share it with the family, accompanied by biscuits, churros, homemade sponge cake … Sure that you love it!
Chocolate Cup with recipe
Ingredients for 4 people
– 1l of milk
– 1 cup chocolate tablet
– Truffle Cognac
– A truffle to grate.
– 1/2l of whipped cream
Preparation:
Put the milk in a saucepan to heat until it is very hot.
Chop the chocolate and add it to the hot milk; turn with a wooden spatula so that it dissolves well, until it thickens.
Remove from heat and let stand for a few minutes.
Put the chocolate in a cup, add a few drops of truffled cognac, and, at last we grate some black truffle or tuber uncinatum; you can also add whipped cream… and, enjoy!
