The students of the “Escuela de hostelería” visit us

On June 1st we received a very special visit for us: the teachers and students of the Higher Education Cycle of the Cooking Department of the School of Hostel and Tourism of Guadalajara, with whom we have collaborated on several occasions.

After a relaxed breakfast, in TrufaZero’s facilities we explained them the whole process of cultivation, collection, cleaning and packaging of the black truffle and the importance that guarantee the traceability of our truffles from their collection until they reach the final consumer has for us And the sanitary registration of all our products. We show them  how truffles are cleaned and sanitized using ultrasonics technology and our latest technology packaging machine to pack the truffles under modified atmosphere condition..

We think it is very important that future chefs know, first hand, all about truffles and their possibilities in the kitchen so they can create their own recipes, here they could see, smell and touch the truffles and taste the products with truffle TrufaZero and remained delighted.
