Trufazero At Guadachef 2015

trufazero_guadachefThis has been one of the most beautiful and enriching experiences that Trufazero has participated in. Guadachef had all the ingredients for success: 80 pairs of cooks – consisting of a child and an adult – cooking in Guadalajara’s Plaza Mayor in front of an audience. This master class was given by Javier Garcia Peña, culminating in a very exciting finale where the children proved to be true professionals.

chef_penaDuring this master class, Chef Peña orchestrated the making of delicious lamb chops from La Alcarria –our truffles and truffle-infused cognac being some of the featured ingredients.

For most of the children involved, the truffle was a completely new experience and they loved the aroma and flavor that it provided to the dish.

We are very proud to have been part of this event and, by the way, Chef Peña has promised us a visit. We’ll tell you all about it.
