Recently the edition of Madrid Fusion 2016 where professionals of the culinary world gather was held and there were us to introduce TrufaZero; some of them already know us and have used our truffles to seasonal star dishes, as the famous truffles eggs that are common in many restaurants at this time.
We had the opportunity to meet renowned chef Andrea Tumbarello, the King of Italian cuisine who loves truffles: «truffle is my Fetish: expensive, but wonderful “, used to repeat the Italian chef; We share a fun chat with famous chef Alberto Chicote and Carlos Medina, one of the finalists of television program Top Chef. The young chef Diego Benítez told us about his restaurant Sturios where he recreates the traditional recipes of the French cuisine of the 1920s updating the ingredients and presentation and in which the TrufaZero´s truffles plays a leading role. Congratulations Susi Díaz, one of the presenters of the television program Top Chef and chef at the front of the restaurant La Finca of Elche, which this year was the winner, together with Andrea Tumbarello, of the charity auction of truffle which is held annually in Madrid Fusion.
