A few days ago we had the satisfaction of participating in the ” I Gastronomic cocktail of Delicatessen products from the Autonomous Community of Castilla-La Mancha” a superbly organized event by “Espacio Gourmet 3.0” directed by Pilar Betes at the Hotel Miguel Angel in Madrid.
Among the attendees there were numerous journalists specialized in gastronomy, such as chef Paco Sastre, Raquel and Paz, writers of the blog Pazladeando, the team of “Amos de casa” de Onda Madrid, who were delighted with the various preparations made with products from the region, such as the oysters of Naturix that combined perfectly with our lemon gelée with truffle, Spelta brand pasta, flavored with our truffle oil and, of course, our wonderful truffle cheese.
