We are pleased with the successes of the Cooking School of Guadalajara in two cooking competitions held in Madrid and Valladolid. From the start we wanted to collaborate with the school for future chefs know the wonderful possibilities of truffles in the kitchen and can incorporate it into their dishes and we are very proud of the recipes made with TrufaZero.
In the “Tapas with Marcial” competition, organized by Marcial Castro S.L. and the International Cooking School of Valladolid, Carlos Vinas, student at the Cooking School of Guadalajara, is a finalist with its cover “The cheek of Marcial Castro”: cheeks in red wine with mashed potato “noisette”, accompanied with helmets onions and egg pasteurized, tender crumb and black truffle TrufaZero ravioli.
In the case of “Team Spirit” competition organized by the selected Cooking and Tourism School of Madrid the recipe finalist has been “crisp white corn bread stuffing cheeks BBQ and cake sweet pistachio bread with black truffle TrufaZero”.
