Pacharán with truffle
Recently we talked about beer with truffle on this blog and today I discovered a combination, for my taste, perfect: pacharán with truffle.
Pacharán is a liqueur from Navarre with a base of aniseed liquor macerated in which sloe; until then the traditional basic recipe that each family then customize by adding ingredients such as coffee beans, cinnamon… According to the particular taste.
And with that idea of enriching the pacharán with other ingredients, the company Layan decided to add black truffle– our Tuber Melanosporum– with an excellent result since the product has been widely accepted; according to the company responsible the truffle adds to traditional taste of the liquor his distinctive flavor to earth and nature, giving it a special touch.
I have a terrific aniseed spirits that I brouht of Galicia and I’ll see if there are sloes in the area … can not wait to start the season truffles (as you know, around November) and as soon as we collect the first copies of TrufaZero I plan to do the test . I’ll tell you!
